Customer minimum spend threshold policy review
City & Guilds and ILM have an annual minimum spend threshold that is reviewed each year. As we entered the pandemic, and our industry adjusted to online learning and assessment, we took the decision to not apply our minimum spend requirement between September 2019 and August 2020.
The minimum spend threshold is operating in the 2021 academic year, and customers who risk falling below the current and future thresholds have been communicated with recently.
We continue to want to support our customers through these difficult times so we are currently contacting customers that could fall below the threshold to make them aware of the options available to them and talk through their circumstances to see how we may be able to help.
Combined spend, from both City & Guilds and ILM, across recognitions, license to practice and assured products and services now counts towards the minimum spend threshold.
We have an exemption clause in our policy so that customers in exceptional circumstances can discuss their case regarding their position. Customers that have experienced difficult trading conditions because of Covid-19 are being encouraged to contact our dedicated team to discuss their individual case.
For customers who would like to talk this through, please email directsales@cityandguilds.com and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your circumstances.
