Julie’s role is primarily as a source of knowledge, advice and support to training providers and employers on ILM’s products and services.
Prior to joining ILM in a business development role, Julie gained extensive experience designing, delivering and assessing ILM Leadership and Management and Coaching and Mentoring qualifications as a freelance trainer. She has worked with a wide range of organisations from SMEs to large national organisations and some international delivery, the experience of which she brings into her role as Technical Advisor.
