ILM plays a big role in helping employers and universities make the most of the Apprenticeship Levy.
With the University of Chester, ILM developed a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, and a Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship that helps employers of all sizes and in all sectors to develop staff with the skills they need to succeed.
