Our growing portfolio of apprenticeship products and services gives you the tools you need to build apprentices’ confidence and competence, support your delivery and prepare for robust assessment that’s valued and trusted by industry.

With our exemplar materials, sample tests, workbooks and expert Technical Advisors, you can get the latest insight into best practice to provide confidence to you apprentices. All of our resources are mapped to the standard and designed to draw out the skills, knowledge and behaviours apprentices need so they’re confident for assessment.

In addition, our non-mandatory qualifications provide the on programme structure to deliver the teaching and learning – to ensure the apprentice is well prepared for EPA.

Hosted by our Technical Advisor, Karen Egan, our events equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to build apprentices’ confidence and competence.

Additionally, our quarterly customer update webinars are a rich source of technical advice, guidance from experienced practitioners in the industry.

We have a breadth of offer supporting employers across skills areas such as in-house support services, IT and digital, business skills and customer service to name a few. We also offer Functional Skills across five levels from Entry Level 1 to Level 2. We can also accredit in-house training programmes with our Assured service.

Our EPA Customer Success team are on-hand to walk you through the process and provide advice from the start. Our team includes leadership and management experts, quality leads, and policy and funding specialists – all working together to provide solutions for you.

We have flexible payment options in place to make things easier for you. Our EPA pricing model includes a small fee at registration upfront with the rest of the cost after assessment and we don’t charge VAT on EPA.

With the rigour and consistency of our independent end-point assessor training, you can be confident in the quality and standardisation of our EPA. Our LIEPA reports are produced annually with valuable insight into the assessment process, providing crucial lessons learned in EPA, for your benefit.

Our product development process is robust so that you can be confident of the relevancy and quality of our offer.

We have highly competent and qualified professionals that have developed our products in consultation with industry and providers/colleges, and work closely with employers, including organisations such as TUI, Kaplan, NHS and the wider civil service.

We sit on the trailblazer groups, connecting with employers and other EPAOs and Institue for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE), ensuring we are well connected and aligned to industry and skills needs.

We also offer Ddigital credentials at all levels for EPA and Llevel 3 and 5 qualifications, as well post nominals for Llevels 6 and 7.

Those completing either the lLevel 6 Chartered Manager or the Llevel 7 Senior Leader pathway can use the designatory letters (post nominals) after their name, on successful completion, increasing their ability to showcase their credentials.
