Coaching Professional Apprenticeship (Level 5)
We have undertaken a detailed mapping exercise to demonstrate how the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring meets the requirements of the apprenticeship standard. This guide will support you in delivering the qualification as part of your on-programme development for apprentices. We have highlighted where there are gaps between the requirements of the qualification and that of the Standard so that additional content can be included.
